Unfortunately, my first room reeked of cigarettes, making it hard to relax. After switching rooms, I faced another disappointment with dead ants covering the coffee bar area. My interaction with the front desk about these issues left me feeling unheard, as my concerns seemed to be brushed aside.

I had a lovely stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Hearing Access. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. They even had my name on the TV as a welcome! The cozy lobby with a fireplace was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! 😊
